Since Day 1, we've had a 10oz burger called the "Buttload Burger", cause its a "buttload of meat". Enjoy some pics of some yummy burgers. Every now and then we play around with some other burger recipes. We tested out some "Mo Burgers" from my friend Mo K. Fresh parsley & onions with a 7-spice mix.

Steak night has been going really well. Usually, its a 1.75 inch thick ribeye or NY Strip. Some of these are some big honking 2-inch bone-in ribeyes.
